Agios Nikolaos (Greek: Άγιος Νικόλαος) is a village in Thesprotia, Greece and the municipality of Filiates not far from the Albanian border. In 2001 its population was 154. The GR-19 (Preveza - Filiates - Albania) is 15 km to the south and the GR-6 (Volos - Larissa - Ioannina - Igoumenitsa) is about 25 km south.

Agios Nikolaos is west of Ioannina, northwest of Preveza and NNE of Igoumenitsa.
Much of the area around Agios Nikolaos are mountainous and forested the Kalpakioti flows east of the village.
After World War II and the Greek Civil War, its buildings were rebuilt. Emigration occurred at a higher rate until 1981 through to 1991, the population has been declining slowly but lost by half between 1991 and 2001. Chinka became connected with asphalt in the 1970s. more pavement was available in recent years. Electricity, radio and automobiles were introduced in the mid-20th century, television in the late-20th century and computer and internet at the turn of the millennium. In the late-1990s, the ex-community (now a municipal district) joined to become the newly formed municipality of Filiates.
